The shaft that drives the rotation of the workpiece or tool on the machine tool is called the airport spindle. The spindle of the machine tool is generally composed of bearings, Spindle, and transmission parts(gears or pulleys). In our practical application, there are two types of high-speed spindle, one is a high-speed electric spindle with zero transmission. This type of spindle uses an integrated structure of motor and machine tool spindle, and at the same time has an accurate dynamic balance correction. Therefore, it has good rotary accuracy and stability, but it also limits the torque and power of the output.
The other is the main shaft combined with the variable-frequency spindle motor and the mechanical transmission mechanism. The output power and torque of this type of spindle are much larger than those of other types, but there are gains and losses, and its accuracy and stability are much worse. Therefore, for this type of spindle, How to design machine tool spindle and its components correctly has a great influence on machine tool machining accuracy.
1, the main axis does not converter, the main axis does not rotate
1 If we suspect that it is a mechanical transmission failure, we need to check whether the transmission belt has broken or whether the machine tool has been blocked;
2 If it is suspected that the three-phase power supply for the main shaft is absent or reversed, we need to check the power supply and replace any two power lines;
3 If it is suspected that the circuit connection is wrong, we need to carefully refer to the circuit connection manual to ensure that the connection is correct;
4 If the system does not have the corresponding spindle control signal output, we can use the multimeter to measure the system signal output. If there is no spindle control signal output, we need to replace the relevant IC components or directly return to the factory for maintenance;
5 If the system has a corresponding spindle control signal output, but the power supply line and the control signal output line are broken or the component is damaged, Then we can check the power supply and signal control loop between the system and the spindle motor with a multimeter. Check that the contacts between the connections are not properly contacted; Whether there is damage to AC contactors and DC relays; Check if the heat relay is overflowing; Check whether the fuse is burned, etc..
2, the main axis has a frequency converter, the main axis does not rotate
1 If we suspect that it is a mechanical transmission failure, we need to check whether the transmission belt has broken or whether the machine tool has been blocked;
2 If it is suspected that the three-phase power supply for the main shaft is absent or reversed, we need to check the power supply and replace any two power lines;
3 If the control parameters of the frequency converter of the CNC system are not turned on, we need to consult the system instructions to understand the frequency converter parameters and change them;
4 If the line connection between the system and the inverter is wrong, we can consult the connection manual between the system and the inverter to ensure that the connection is correct;
5 If the analog voltage output is not normal, we can use a multimeter to check whether the analog voltage output is normal, check whether the analog voltage signal line connection is correct or bad contact, and whether the analog voltage received by the inverter matches;
If there is a breakage in the section of the strong power control or damage to the component, we can check whether the contact connection of the main shaft power supply line is reliable, whether the line is broken, whether the DC relay is damaged, whether the insurance tube is burned, etc..
7 If the frequency converter parameter is not adjusted, then our frequency converter contains a variety of control methods, which are divided into frequency converter panel control spindle mode, NC system control spindle mode, etc., if not selected NC system control mode, Then we can not use the system to control the main axis and modify this parameter; Check if the relevant parameter setting is reasonable.
3, without inverter spindle speed is not controlled
1 If the system does not have the control signal output of S01-S04, we can determine whether there is a problem by checking whether the system has a shift control signal. If not, it is a system failure. It is recommended to replace IC or return to the factory for maintenance;
2 If the connection line fails and the system has a shift control signal output, we need to check whether there is a fault or poor contact on each connection line, and check whether there is damage to the DC relay or AC contactor;
3 If the spindle motor is damaged or short-circuited, we can directly check the spindle motor;
4 If it is because the machine is not hanging, hang the file directly.
4, no brake on the spindle
1 If it is due to abnormal braking circuits or damage to strong electrical components, we need to check whether there is a problem with bridge piles, fuses, and AC contactors, and check whether there is a break in the strong circuit;
2 If the braking time is not long enough, only the braking time parameters of the system or inverter need to be adjusted;
3 If the system has no braking signal output, we need to replace the internal components or directly return to the factory for maintenance;
4 If the control parameters of the inverter are not adjusted, we must consult the instruction manual of the inverter and set the parameters of the inverter correctly.
5, the main axis immediately after starting to stop
1 If the system output pulse time is not enough, then adjust the system's M code output time;
2 If it is because the inverter is in the point state, we can refer to the instruction manual of the inverter and set the parameters;
3 If the control element of the spindle line is damaged, we need to check whether the contact contact on the circuit is good, check whether the DC relay AC contactor is damaged, causing the contact to not lock itself;
4 If it is a short circuit of the spindle motor that causes the thermal relay protection, we need to find out the cause of the short circuit and reset the thermal relay;
5 If the spindle control loop is not equipped with a self-locking circuit and the parameters are set to pulse signal output so that the spindle can not operate normally, we only need to change the starting and stopping parameters of the spindle control to the level control mode.
6, the rotation of the main axis can not stop
If it is due to damage to the AC contactor or DC relay, it can not be controlled for a long time. We just need to replace the AC contactor or DC relay.
