SZ35/2 horizontal double-spindle CNC deep hole drilling machine is mainly used for the processing of tube and tube heat exchanger tube plate holes used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, thermal power station, nuclear power plant and other industries. The maximum diameter can be processed φ3500mm , The max drilling depth is 500mm. The machine reaches IT8 to IT9, and the diameter of the hole is 0.2mm/300mm.
Machine structure features
SZ35/2 horizontal double-spindle CNC deep hole drilling machine mainly includes vertical slide table, vertical slide table, double-spindle feed slide table, worktable and bent plate, hydraulic system, cooling system, automatic lubrication system, electrical system, row Chips and other components.
1. The machine tool is a horizontal deep hole drilling machine. The main foundation parts of machine tools such as the bed, column, workbench and bent plate are all high-quality cast iron parts. After aging treatment, the precision is stable and the shock resistance is good. Above the bed is equipped with a longitudinal slide for vertical (X-direction) movement of the column; a vertical slide is mounted on the column and carries the spindle feed slide for vertical (Y-direction) movement; the spindle feeds the slide to drive the spindle For feed (Z-direction) exercise.
2. The X, Y and Z axis of the machine are all guided by the imported linear roller guides. They have extremely high load-bearing capacity and excellent dynamic response without gaps and high movement accuracy. All three axes are driven by a preloaded ball screw, which is driven by a servomotor (the Z axis is decelerated by a high-precision planetary gearhead). The X, Y and Z axes are equipped with grating scales and closed-loop control, which can greatly improve the positioning accuracy and reliability of the machine tool.
3. The worktable and bed of the SZ35/2 horizontal double-spindle CNC deep hole drilling machine are separated, so that the clamped workpiece will not be affected by the bed vibration.
4. The machine has two spindles that can work at the same time and has nearly double the efficiency of single-spindle machines. The dual spindle spacing can be adjusted to accommodate different hole spacing requirements. This machine can use BTA drills, also can use gun drills, drill holes can be used to drill guns, drill holes available BTA drilling, greatly improving the drilling of the aperture range, drilling φ7 ~ φ45mm hole.
5. The machine is equipped with an automatic chip conveyor chain chip conveyor. The iron chips drilled by the drill bit are sent to the chain chip conveyor through the chip evacuation channel.
6. The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system. It can regularly lubricate the components such as guide rails and screw rods that need to be lubricated, effectively ensuring the stable operation of the machine tool and improving the service life of each component.
7. The CNC control system of this machine adopts FAGOR8055 numerical control system, equipped with electronic hand wheel, convenient operation and management. The system can compensate for the positioning accuracy of each axis, further improving the positioning accuracy. Simply input the drawing of the workpiece into the system and set the center position. The system can be programmed automatically to optimize the drilling sequence, which can greatly improve the efficiency.
8.
